Shipping policy

Please read below for details about how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Order Processing

All orders are aim to be packed and processed within 1–3 business days. However, please note that we deliver packages to our shipping partners (Dropp and DHL) manually and not on a fixed daily schedule. This means actual delivery may vary slightly depending on our next delivery run.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider.

2. Shipping Carriers

  • Iceland: Orders are shipped with Dropp, delivered to your chosen pickup location or home address, depending on availability.
  • International: Orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide with tracking.

3. Delivery Estimates

Because we handle shipping drop-offs manually, we do not offer standard delivery timeframes. However, once your package is in the hands of the carrier, typical delivery estimates are:

  • Iceland (Dropp): 1–3 business days after handoff
  • International (DHL): 3–7 business days after handoff

Delivery times may vary based on location, customs processing, and local service availability.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Tracking and Delivery Issues

All orders include tracking. If your tracking number doesn’t work or your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the shipping provider.

Suskin is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. In such cases, please contact the carrier directly.

7. Pickup

We do not offer in-store or local pickup at this time. All orders are shipped through our delivery partners only.
