1. About Suskin
Suskin is an independent fashion brand offering premium leather goods and accessories. All products are designed with intention and made to last.
2. Product Information
We strive to describe and photograph each product as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your device or lighting. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in ISK and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
4. Orders
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee fulfillment. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and postal service. Tracking details will be provided when your order ships.
Suskin is not responsible for carrier delays or customs issues outside of our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including imagery, branding, copy, and product designs — belongs to Suskin. You may not reproduce, use, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Liability
Suskin is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products or website. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Iceland, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.
